Privacy policy

We remember campaign labels, the public landing page, and the referring website for up to 30 days in your browser. If you submit a request, we attach that information to the request so we can understand how you found HoneSmith. It is processed with the request by our CRM and hosting providers.

HoneSmith also counts visits, public page views, demo plays, demo phone clicks, walkthrough clicks, form starts, and successfully saved requests in its own report. Each count includes the page and available campaign labels or referring domain. This report does not store your IP address, device identifier, full URL, contact details, or form answers. A session-only marker records the landing page and last activity time for visit counting; it has no visitor ID and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Raw count records are removed after 90 days when new activity arrives. This first-party counting does not require Meta consent and is disabled when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

If you choose “Allow measurement,” the Meta Pixel uses cookies to send Meta information about public-page visits, demo activity, and successfully submitted requests. Meta may associate this activity with its users to measure advertising performance. We do not send your form answers, phone number, email address, or SMS consent through the pixel, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled.

You can decline without affecting the form or demo, or change your choice using “Privacy choices” on our public service pages. We respect a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping Meta measurement disabled. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement; it does not erase information already received by Meta. HoneSmith does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that support message delivery and customer service, such as our messaging, telecommunications, and CRM providers. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to HoneSmith.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This restriction applies even where another part of this policy permits information sharing.
