Refund Policy

Effective date: May 2, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for HoneSmith purchases, subscriptions, and digital services.

App Store Purchases

If you purchased HoneSmith through Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase, cancellation, and refund request may be handled by that platform. Please use the refund tools provided by Apple or Google. HoneSmith cannot guarantee that Apple or Google will approve a refund request because those platforms control their own billing and refund processes.

Direct Purchases From HoneSmith

If you purchased directly from HoneSmith, contact support@honesmith.com with the email address used for purchase, purchase date, order number or receipt, and reason for the request.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel through the app store, account settings, or billing provider used for purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved under this Refund Policy.

Trials And Promotions

If a free trial or promotional period converts to a paid subscription, the price, renewal period, and cancellation process will be disclosed before enrollment.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law, partially used subscription periods, completed one-on-one coaching sessions, custom digital deliverables, downloaded digital templates or files, and purchases made through third-party platforms that control refunds may be non-refundable.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds where required by law or where we determine there was a billing error, duplicate charge, technical failure, or other appropriate circumstance.
